Hand-Penned Memories and More Cards is a great item to use to make a Quick and Easy card or multiple cards in a short time. This is one of my favorite items to use when I want to design multiple cards or something quick.
This pack has 50 total cards and 4 sticker sheets and the sizes are 3 x 4 and 4 x 6 so easy sizes to use. Most of the cards come with two side and lots of saying to use either on your cards or a Scrapbook Page.
Hand-Penned Birthday Card
I created this card using the new Hand-Penned Memories and More Cards. Using one of the 4 x 6 cards, I trimmed the 6″ side to 5 1/2″. This is a beautiful card just in in it self so all I want was to create an additional layer of 5 3/8″‘ x 4 1/8’ with Just Jade and the base is 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ using Highland Heather.
The stickers were a bonus since I was looking for a Happy Birthday I placed a piece of Highland Heather Cardstock behind the sticker and fussy cut around the shape. So adding a few embellishments using the new In Color Jewels and this card was done.
On the inside I used the 1/2″ piece that I cut off and placed on my Basic White Card Stock.
Hand-Penned Quick and Easy Card
My second card was just as easy as the first card. I used one of the 4x 6 cards and trimmed the 6″ side to 5 1/2″ and placed on a piece of Highland Heather card base of 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″. For the inside of my card at 4″ x 5 1/2″ and used one of the stickers for my sentiment. Choosing Thinking of You with the same technique as above outlining with Pale Papaya.
Hand-Penned Note Card Set
For my last card I decided to make a set of note cards with the 3 x 4 cards and chose two beautiful cards designs. I layered both cards using an assortment of coordinating colors of Just Jade, Cinnamon Cider, Pale Papaya, Garden Green and Mint Macaron. The layers are 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and 3 1/2″ x 4 1/2″.
I changed the matting on on each card to that they were each slightly different. Putting a piece of Basic White card stock on the inside and left them blank so they could be used as a note card or any purpose that I need them for.
